Absinthe Drip

1 1/2 oz. Absinthe, Anisette or Pernod, 1 Cube Sugar, Cracked ice

The traditional way to serve absinthe. Pour liquor into special drip glass or old fashioned glass. Place sugar cube over hole of drip spoon. Pack spoon or strainer with cracked ice. When ice has melted through, drink is ready.
